As all businesses become increasingly focused on efficiency, automation, and predictability – and as AI becomes the norm - creativity is being pushed to the sidelines.
Our mission is to highlight the importance and power of a creative culture in business and to give companies the tools to reclaim creativity as a core driver of success, ensuring they stay curious, innovative, collaborative, and adaptable.
Since first meeting as researchers on the Big Breakfast in 1999, Televised Minds co-founders Anna Blue and Will Spokes have spent over 25 years turning ideas into successful projects in one of the most demanding creative industries: television.
They have been the chief creatives of labels at some of the UK’s top media companies - building, shaping and leading development and production teams on some of the UK’s highest profile shows.
In recent years they have continued their partnership, delivering creativity masterclasses for ScreenSkills – the TV-industry skills body - designing live, immersive experiences and advising start-up businesses on their creative strategy.
In addition, Anna oversees The Fashion Awards for the British Fashion Council and Flackstock Festival at Crystal Palace Bowl, while teaching regularly on the Creative MBA at the National Film and Television School, whilst Will leads on brand consultancy projects, writes a Substack about food and is in the process of launching GOODS, a purpose-driven men’s underwear brand.
They’ve bottled their experience into practical, bespoke workshops and consultancy for individuals, organisations and businesses in the media, and beyond, who want to unlock the same kind of creative confidence and clarity for themselves, their leaders and their teams.
At heart of everything they do is an inherent curiosity, a love and respect of the creative process, a deep understanding of collaboration, teamwork and leadership, and a passion and drive for turning creative ideas into commercial reality.
