Televised Minds is led by Creative Directors Anna Blue and Will Spokes.

Since first meeting as researchers on The Big Breakfast in 1999, they have spent over 25 years in television and have led development and production teams at some of the UK’s top production companies, shaping and delivering many of the country’s most recognisable shows.

They are still fully active in the industry - creating, pitching and producing - and their approach to Televised Minds is grounded in real-world experience rather than theory. Sessions are practical, honest and highly engaging – designed to reflect the realities of working in television today. They create an open, collaborative environment where participants are encouraged to think clearly, contribute confidently, and leave with tools they can apply immediately.

They specialise in breaking down the creative process – helping individuals and teams generate stronger ideas, develop them with clarity, and deliver them with confidence.

At the heart of everything they do is curiosity, respect for the creative process, and a belief that great ideas only thrive in environments built on trust, collaboration and clear leadership.
